    Every recommendation assumes you are training, eating, and recovering as a drug-free adult. Pharmaceutical-only protocols are clearly labeled and excluded from headline picks.

  • Long Term Results Only

    A protocol that works for eight weeks but burns you out by month four is not a recommendation we will make. We grade for the year, not the cut.

  • Independently Curated
